As a full-time stay-at-home mother looking after 2 spirited boys, I barely have any time to myself. Despite being around them 24/7, it can also be an incredibly isolating experience. Jenn creates a safe and comfortable space for us mothers/women to self-reflect and share our vulnerabilities, and to realize we’re not alone in this journey.

You will receive concrete tools to help you connect with:

  • Your Worthiness: Lean on other women for day-to-day support—including meal delivery and connected conversation—without feeling guilty, just because you deserve it.

  • Deep Friendship: Especially after years of isolation, you desire relationships that are void of the competition, gossip, or backstabbing that’s hurt so many of us.

  • Confidence in Intimacy: Ask for what you need, stop people-pleasing, and communicate effectively with tools that bring you closer to your loved ones, even when you’re triggered.

  • Reaching vs. Isolating: Learn to share, when you’re ready, within a safe protected space—without anyone trying to fix it or problem-solve.

  • Repair With Your Kids and Partner: Know that you can always make an effort to take responsibility for when it’s you and not them so that you can heal old hurts and wounds that you inflicted.

  • Are you at home with a baby or toddler buried under piles of laundry, mom guilt, dishes, and diapers?
