The Most Effective Way
to Release Anxiety
and Embrace More Joy
So that you can actually be more
connected to your loved ones.
Discover how the Hey Mom framework
helps you let go of overwhelm
to fuel creativity and inspiration
in achieving your next level goals,
without feeling guilty for prioritizing YOU.
As a mom of three, I know the struggle is real. I know you’re managing the lives of many, while at the same time trying to cultivate your One Precious Life, the one full of those “special gifts only you have to offer the world.”
I also know so many women make the mistake of feeling guilty when they prioritize themselves but that’s backwards, and just leads to more anger and resentment.
Better Mental Health for Moms
THE RESULTS WE ALL WANT
The Hey Mom group coaching and adventure framework is based on a combination of the following core beliefs:
The healing power of nature is why we live in (or visit) the Pacific Northwest!
The challenges of outdoor adventure are empowering and fun (not grueling or painful.)
The connections created within groups of women are how we flourish, regardless of what we actually think about our abilities.
The use of specific mindfulness tools provide relief from the pressures of modern mothering and make all of our relationships easier.
Join me for Hey Mom* Summer Camp or Premium today!
* You don’t have to be a "mom" to humans: moms who never got the chance, dog-moms, plant-moms, god-mothers and aunties; all women are welcome and invited.
All of you is welcome. Beginners are encouraged.

Lay down your load during LIVE online group coaching sessions that follow each adventure. Then, get ready to strategize for achieving your next-level goals using those special gifts only you have to offer the world.
In this course, you will learn how to use my 5-Minute Mental Health Method for Moms in doing just that:
Mindfulness- Learn how incorporating just five minutes into everyday can change EVERYTHING (even if you’re like me and you hate it at first. )
Love and Fulfillment- Learn how to source it from what inspires you instead of grasping for your partner to provide it all.
Greatest Intentions and Goals- Learn how one specific action—that’s actually fun—keeps you effortlessly focused.
Receive the Treasures & Release the Troubles- Learn how the legacy of your mothers and grandmothers, your herstory influences your life and mothering.
Boundaries Badassery- Learn how to set up a container to contain your life-force. Boundaries are self-care and we start with boundaries with ourselves.
Source Your Power- Learn how to become acutely aware of the mistake of reaching externally for self-care. And learn new ways to source it internally and nourish the lives of everyone around you.

About Jennifer Dorothy
For years, I used my love of nature as a salve to tend to my struggle with anxiety and depression.
When I was younger, I worked as a wilderness instructor leading backpacking, rock climbing and whitewater paddling trips for children and teens throughout the Appalachian Mountains.
When I was a new mom, I worked as a naturalist and started a habitat exploration program for parents and toddlers at Discovery Park in Seattle, WA. At that time I also began writing a memoir using the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest as a lens to describe the complex emotions of motherhood, especially the unexpected rage and despair.
After years of suffering not knowing how to navigate my inner world, I finally found a blend of modalities that support me in taking care of my whole self. It took me fifteen years to learn these skills and I don’t want you to have to wait that long!
You’re meant to start thriving in your One Precious Life, doing what you love (or something completely brand new) for you and your whole family.
