We’re here to slow down, in devotion to your own vitality.
HOW IT WORKS
Each woman chooses 1–3 personal practices she wants to cultivate. They can be anything from walking more to learning how to make sourdough to cold plunging to writing poetry.
This is about showing up for yourself—with community beside you.
