Women’s mental health means a lot to me and why. I believe mental health is supported most with these three things:
Outdoor vs. Office… argument as to why embodiment is important. Compared to therapist office, this is why..
Kinship/Sisterhood - How it impacts and why it effects mental health, why it should be part of the discussion.
In-Between - What do you do in between? What happens in between? What’s possible? Voice notes and gatherings and … It’s a garden full of potential!
Creativity - How it impacts mental health.
If you like the sound of that, that is why we’re going to cover all three. Leads into weekend workshop. Argument and point of view land for people. You can join the membership.

For instance, I’m tempted to consider the idea of a retreat in Slovenia this August. I’m playing with this idea. I’m not sure if it’s a good idea. This is what’s possible in this point of view (about women’s mental health.) I’m writing a book and a retreat to Slovenia is in the works for this August.
