All moms need to experience more joy. It’s the first thing that goes when you’re a new mom: joyless repetitive—often infuriating—tasks are your life from here on out. No! Let’s amp up the joy.

After taking my intro course From Survival Mode to Thriving Mode you will have gently touched the intergenerational pain handed down through generations and put some salve on it. Now, it’s time to dive deep into sustaining and honoring your new sense of sovereignty. Because let’s be real, unwinding generations of pain will require close attention until it becomes a new habit. Learn how to hold joy in:

  • Your sense of purpose as a mother. Why are you here raising these wildly expressed beings?

  • Your role in partnership with your child’s father. Whether you’re in the same household, co-parenting or single parenting—how do you resource yourself in your role? Can parenting be playful instead of arduous?

  • Your ability to care for yourself. Do you know your edge of overwhelm? How can you use fun and delight to regulate your nervous system?

  • Your desires. What do you really want out of Your One Precious Life? How can you achieve this delight on the daily?


As a full-time stay-at-home mother looking after 2 spirited boys, I barely have any time to myself. Despite being around them 24/7, it can also be an incredibly isolating experience.
