Experiences for women that promote

camaraderie, wellness, social connectivity,

and most importantly FUN!

Mother Wound Coaching

From Survival Mode to Thriving Mode in 6 Weeks

When you’re carrying the weight of your whole family in your arms, I’ve got your back!

We’ve all got a Mother Wound: generations of pain handed down to us from the women who went before of what it means to be a mother. Have no fear! Outing the Mother Wound is the easiest way to dispel it’s grasp on what it means to:

  • be a good wife

  • be a “perfect” mom

  • live with mom guilt

  • use people pleasing as a parenting style (which blows up in your face)

  • mother yourself with unconditional love

Mindset Coaching for Moms is my favorite work because it provides so much value to a woman’s life:

  • It improves your relationships with your loved ones including your partner and children, but most importantly with yourself.

  • It supports you in the moment, be that in the middle of one of your kid’s tantrums or a much-needed rant.

  • It helps you identify the edges of who you really are as a mom and where you want to grow.

  • It allows you to offload the stress and anxiety that builds up throughout the day, which reduces the tendency to take it out on your partner or kids.

  • It’s the most effective way to release anxiety and embrace more joy.

Fay Bainbridge Park - Bainbridge Island, WA

“Many of the people I met by the water told me they were there because cold plunging gave them a way to live with a certain fullness. It gave them a process to have internal intimacy with grief, trauma and pain, while connecting more challenging emotions with joy and humor.”

—NY Times Cold Plunging with Maine’s ‘Ice Mermaids’

Learn more about building resilience with the exhilaration and fun of cold plunging! Warm up around the fire afterwards with hot drinks and thoughtful conversation.

*except the first Friday of every month is a sunrise plunge at 7:00 a.m. and Friday Women Who Hike (see below)

Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or a newbie, find out how we’ll use hiking as an exploration of what it means to stick together as a group of women in support of one another. Each hike is progressive throughout the season. We’ll rest often with snacks and thoughtful conversation prompts.

Women’s Ski Packages

7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Reserve dates for Jan/Feb 2024

The Summit at Snoqualmie, WA

Sign up as a beginner who’s never been on skis or level up your skills in the beautiful cascade mountains with a group of women that want to ski together. On those gray winter days, spending all day with bright white alpine light reflecting into your eyes changes everything!

As a full-time stay-at-home mother looking after 2 spirited boys, I barely have any time to myself. Despite being around them 24/7, it can also be an incredibly isolating experience. Jenn creates a safe and comfortable space for us mothers/women to self-reflect and share our vulnerabilities, and to realize we’re not alone on this journey.
